MIROSTAIN 2101 Dye Stain - Fast Drying (Water Based)

Code: 2101

Low grain raising, water based stain designed to provide uniform colour with excellent clarity without masking the wood grain.
Features:
  • Low odour, low VOC, non flammable, no class 3 flammable goods storage required
  • Universal application, can be applied by spraying, wiping, brushing or dipping
  • Medium-slow dry speed, easy to apply resulting in a uniform applications
  • Excellent light stability for dye stain thereby proving more consistent and fade resistant colours

Application:

Thinning : MIROSTAIN 2101 is supplied ready for use (RFU). However to achieve lighter tones reduce with MIROSTAIN 2101 CTB.

Pad or Rag - Use a clean lint free cloth, apply in even strokes.
Suction Gun - Use 1.5mm (59 thou) orifice with 280kpa (35 psi). It is important not to apply MIROSTAIN above this pressure to avoid dark or blotchy discolouration.
Pressure Pot - Use 1mm orifice with pressure pot air-cap. Gun pressure 280kpa (35 psi) and a pot pressure of 16kpa (2 psi) max.
Airless Spray - Contact Mirotone’s Technical department.
Air Mix Guns - Contact Mirotone’s Technical department.

Where To Use:

Interior use only. Pine furniture, architraves and skirting boards, internal doors, built-in wardrobes and joinery and fixtures.
